Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we shipped an incorrect item.
All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Zoomies reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
Custom and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.
If an item purchased at full price is marked down within 7 days of receipt, a one-time price adjustment may be requested with proof of the original receipt.
Please ship all returns using a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS).
Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, bounced, or undeliverable return packages.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued. Your bank or provider may require additional time to finalize the post on your account.
